Mr. Cullen has 15 years of legal experience in a broad range of civil litigation, most of which has been focused in complex, class action litigation, large group and/or mass actions, individual employment and personal injury cases, as well as business to business disputes. He is licensed in California, Oregon, and Washington. Mr. Cullen has handled all aspects of case management, from inception through writs and appeals as well as trial. He has obtained several multimillion dollar settlements, and has obtained several published opinions, including one case that has had a significant impact on class action litigation.
